the bliss of moon dance..please read and enjpy!
* * * [bodytext] => Yeah, the creator fashioned
Your eyes with blue lotus
Your face with white lotus
Your teeth with white jasmine
Your lips with tender shoots and
Your body with golden blossoms
But, my lady, why did he create
your heart with stone?
When we live in separation
The moon scorches like sun
The gentle breeze touches like flame
The flowers prick us like needles
O lotus eyed lady, you against me
Please don’t cherish ill will
I grieve to observe the series of obstacles
To our union there fore I could not meet you
The only course left to you is to give back
The embrace which I gave you in your dream
And return my kisses which too were given
O proud lady, give up your pride
Will my words fall on deaf ears
Why is this anger to me, your slave?
The swift entwining of arms
The sweet kisses on your lips and
The light stroking of your lovely breasts
If all this is an offence, do you then
Strike me with arrows of your side long glances
as long as we enjoy the bliss of this moon dance.

This is truly a lovely poem in the true sense of the word. Very touching heartfelt sentiments.

"The only course left to you is to give back
The embrace which I gave you in your dream
And return my kisses which too were given".
Great lines here. Very honest. Very passionate.

"The sweet kisses on your lips and
The light stroking of your lovely breasts". Seems a bit too Hall-Marky. It lacks the talent of the previous lines.
Just my take on it.
Kris

I can only imagine this melted the heart of stone. If it didn't then she isn't ever giving in. The is a great piece of passion and desire.
Beautiful write.

Rita
