The Gift From Above

Contributed by norm on Thursday, 7th August 2003 @ 10:25:00 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

The eyes of love are special eyes,
They're misty, dreamy, super size,
They look into your soul so deep,
Their softness makes you want to leap,
Your breath is hard for you to keep,
A frigid feeling in your chest
Observe the eyes when at their best.

The lips of love are special lips,
They're felt down to your fingertips,
They touch your breast in fond embrace,
Their softness makes a sheen of lace,
Completes the beauty of your face,
Their cupid look thrills inner you,
It makes you want to do and do.

The arms of love are special arms,
Applied with love removes alarms.
They hold you close to breast and rest,
Ecstatic feelings adding zest
To life's so sweet enormous test,
Which gain enhances in these ways,
A grace and style of life's byplays.

There are other special parts involved
That make the quest for love be solved
When looking for a mate to love.
This mate who's sent from high above,
To live their life, lo, hand and glove,
This person who was sent to view,
This person who was sent to you.
