drifting down a stream of silent sorrow
over the falls of desperation
into a lake of blissful cancer

(you see the cancer eats everything
and when my organs and everything else are gone
it will eat the pain, it will eat the despair
it will eat until i am gone)

drowning in the lake of cancer
not struggling, leaving no wake
simply slipping under the waves
that the cancer's feeding makes

leaving behind the memories
abandoning the ghosts
departing from the company
of those i thought i loved the most

instead, i choose this solitude
this slow and painless death
instead, i choose to force feed this cancer
until there is Nothing Left

and if you find you miss me
and you wish to chat, my friend
then journey to my watery grave
over the falls, to the cancerous lake
and we can start all over again [comments] => 3 [counter] => 372 [topic] => 13 [informant] => Cancer [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 4 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )
