Give twisted thoughts a solution.
Road of life is full of cryptic signs,
Deceive me into searching the right way of mine.

Blistered feet walking on the burning ground,
Into forgotten pieces, breaking me down.
Silent screams eagerly seek release,
Punished tears fall inside without cease.

Wish I were indifferent to feel the pain,
Burning and eating me up from inside.
Nerve-grating depression plays with the brain,
Cutting me down with all its might.

Graven images that dance on the walls,
Reflecting my immortal damaged shadows.
Sunken eyes have seen many falls,
To rest, I lie in the garden of sorrows.

A zombie is what I have become,
All the wishes have gone undone.
Wish I would not wish more,
Never meant to be true, hurt evermore.

Nevertheless, will keep on wishing till my last breath,
Have never learned to loose hope.
But if this is what meant to be,
With darkness, I will happily cope!

My dear friend Saira,
Your talent is immense my dear.
When you can take words that lament, and then walk right off the page into our hearts.
Never stop wishing, it's the "life-line" for our tomorrows.
Our Loving Father will never fulfill your wishes if for you it will mean sorrows.
He knows what's best for you, in any given circumstance.,,,,,have great faith in his ability to grant good wishes we desire, and not just by mere chance!
Oh, how lovely are your poems. My heart is lost in your ability, and deeply touched by your futility!

Thank you very much dear Connie for your kind remarks.
I have a strong faith in Allah (God) and realize whatever happens, happens for our betterment only. As behind His every way there is always a good reason hidden. So we never should in any circumstances get disappointed and loose hope. Maybe that's why, with this faith, I'm very much living a contended life. Thanks To Allah (God). May He bless us all!
Once again thank you my friend.
Love
Saira
