You cannot see what I see
You cannot touch what I touch
You cannot be what I be

You cannot hear what I hear
You cannot get what I get
You cannot hurt what I hurt
You cannot forget what I forget

You cannot love what I love
You cannot dream what I dream
You cannot wish what I wish
You cannot scream what I scream

You cannot mend what I mend
You cannot desire what I desire
You cannot mean what I mean
You cannot require what I require

You cannot do what I do
You cannot make what I make
You cannot yearn what I yearn
You cannot hate what I hate

You cannot deceive what I deceive
You cannot cry what I cry
You cannot have what I have
You cannot lie what I lie

You cannot take what I take
You cannot like what I like
You cannot discard what discard
You cannot fight what I fight

You cannot dance what I dance
You cannot disguise what I disguise
You cannot want what I want
You cannot despise what I despise

You cannot sing what I sing
You cannot creed what I creed
You cannot laugh what I laugh
You cannot bleed what I bleed

You cannot relive what I relive
You cannot deny what I deny
You cannot kill what I kill
You cannot die what I die

Tinka, I've read with greatest care
everything you've written there,
I love it all, I always do
What you write and when you're thru.

Some poets just ain't got your zen
I want to not read them again,
I never tire of your write
must be 'cause you're very bright.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
