Outrage On The Promenade

Topic: AngryPoetry

Murder in the darkness,
screams in the night
make the foresight disappear
and pray strength takes flight.
No one's going anywhere,
until they face all
he wants you to see.
No one's leaving left or right,
it's been done now
he'll never let you be.
Easier said than done
with calloused heart in the end.
Care not to tread unfamiliar ground
for it's never quick to mend.
He lies, he steals and
gains some trust,
a mission of evil,
he has been sent.
Forsake the tears
abandon the fears
your will, he has spent.
Waiting in the shadows,
keeping watch over dark
he lies in wait to rebuild innocence
your life -- his plan,
your pleas -- his lark.
A contrast of the mind,
a crush of the heart.
Melt down of emotions
should have seen his darkness at the start.
Rope off all the memories,
crowd it all away,
quickly quickly now,
lest sanity go astray.
Desimated in the darkness
he kept the fear intact.
His smiles by light of day
are where truth is disbelieved as fact.
A cry out to the heavens
a prayer to keep him at bay,
some form of malevolent evil
crossed paths with her that day.

the sketching is rudimentary.....sometimes a part of only the title..... you know how you amaze yourself....i mean I can convey my feeling in words...but the sketching floored me.....

Id like to do that too.....but I loved to provide a workshop so other survivors can learn how healing this could be.....

i'd love to do a website....don't know the first thing about it >(
