Array ( [sid] => 21030 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Frozen Suicide [time] => 2003-07-26 17:05:00 [hometext] => I wrote this poem, only because it reminded me of something that really moved me emotionally. [bodytext] => Quietly she whispers, soft words of regret

Trying to remember, what not to forget

Her blood boils, within her veins

Giving up so easily, to all of these pains

Her eyes glow, within the fire

She wont let her body, give in to its desire

so many dreams, none of them are real

So many broken bones, none of which will heal

She falls to the ground, in fatal truth

Her sudden temptation, goes beyond her youth

The beating of her heart, is coming to an end

She stares at the sky, as her breathing starts to descend

Her beauty has faded, into something stronger

The exsistence of death, will be around longer

Calling for denial and shame

Only god, will speak her name

Frozen river, keeps her still

Its only on her mind, the thought of kill kill kill

Breaking out of chains, she's lost all control

Heaven will not let her in, her rage has become too full

Binding herself to suicide, She'll be frozen to her heart

The fires of hell, will have to break her apart

Controlling every thought, but losing all her dreams

To her, death is exactly what it seems

Melting in her body, she'll slowly burn away

She's not gonna make it, there's nothing more to say

Getting washed away, from the wild ocean tide

This is the result, of her frozen suicide!!

I really like the way the 7tha nd 9th lines relate to each other
"She falls to the ground, in fatal truth" is a great mix of imagery and metaphor. nice and a little disturbing.
