When all that is welcomed is the end
When heartfelt sorrow is for the dead
Where an unsure message is all I can send

How can I be sure they will understand
How can I be sure their pain will subside
I was told all I need is a helping hand
My every problem is a thorn in their side

Please know that this is not your fault
I can no longer handle all of my pain
The door that seals this concrete vault
Is the only way to make me sane

Why soon to be dead? For someone who writes such excellent poetry you ought to to be alive and kicking to inspire others! Drink life to the lees, my friend.

i dont know if it was just a poem or heartfelt, but im guessing the latter...you cannot let thesefeelings overcome you, do not give in... i have been there b4, I know my best work came and comes from suicidal feelings but dont give in...

a great poem... you write what you feel and i congradulate you on that. the best poems are those written from true feelings... hopefully you will be able to explore your other feelings aswell.... even if the suicidal dark feelings are the easiest to write about. i look forward to reading more of your poetry ~Apryl

Great poem. This sounds a lot like me. I hope you find some of the same peace that I do in writing your thoughts and feelings out instead of actually following through. You must understand however if you end your pain it will only bring pain to all your family and friends. Life may not seem worthwhile now, but live for the good days which always come.

best of luck!
Bobo (Joel)
