listen to you buddy moan
he cries in pain his words distorted
waiting to leave and be transpoted
to the aide station for some help
like a dog he cries and yelps
in pain and fear he cries to you
but your alone what can you do
theres nothing that you can do for him
but wait with him
and say it will all be fine
his waters empty so "here have mine"
he needs a drink but wont make it through
he will not live through the move
if he makes it to the truck
that will how he had some luck
but he wont and that is sad
hes seeing ghost "im sorry dad"
him and dad had fight before he left
he said "i wont be back" with his final breath
and now those words are coming true
as he dies there next to you
you dont know what happens next
as he gasps his final breath
he intakes blood into his lungs
and you say, "dont worry boy, its over son" [comments] => 2 [counter] => 140 [topic] => 39 [informant] => Private [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Grief )
