It's not that I don't even care.
It's not that i hate the sight of you,
It's not that life's being unfair.

It's just that those games you were playing,
has allowed me to see the real you.
I was just a convenience,
with so little experience,
in dealing with a girl,
who thought she meant the world,
to a guy who's too trusting,
with a heart that was bursting,
so i took the hit,
and you threw a fit,
i took all the blame,
you put out the flame,
but now i can see,
you're not the one for me,
so now i've moved on,
but you're still holding on,
you call me your friend,
please let this all end,
I don't want to talk,
i wish you would just walk,
right out of my life,
to end all this strife,
I'm not bitter,
I'm just being me.

ziggy, i'm proud of you
ziggy, it's loud of you
it's rarely I see
so long, to sweety

it's time they were told
they are too bold,
give us a break
it's our time to take...

Good for you Ziggy.
Cold Turkey is the only way to treat these abusers. I'm very proud of you. Be decisive in an indecisive world, and people think you are wrong, but you are right!
Hang in there now, and MEAN IT!!!
Very good poem, Ziggy, you said it just RIGHT!

I
wish that I could be so brave to say that I was moving on with my life after some scared love,
but I am just bitter. A beautiful poem about
some broken love. I love the part about you just being some kindave convenince in her life, if we all haven't fealt the same we would all be lying. I love it!!! Anyways, you probably deserve better, but broken hearts always make for better poetry, I hope the wound is healing, yet mine is bleading still...
You are very beautiful, only a person of beauty can speak such truth
*your new secret admirer
