The words I cannot speak, will somehow reveal my mourning
The hurt I feel today, will hurt me tomorrow
The love which was abused, will be scared to love again

The tears I cry will remain, within my silenced heart
The words will not ask questions, as to why you feel this way
The hurt will aways be there, like a dagger in my soul
The love, once a fire, is now burned out

The tears I cry will haunt me, they stain my darkened eyes
The words never spoken, are always asking how
The hurt slowly killing me, will retreat me to my bed
The love that was promised forever, now forevers been and gone

The tears I cry, everlasting, unallowed to leave my eyes
The words cannot be altered, it's only how I feel
The hurt cannot be mended, the fear cannot be tamed
The love now shattered, lies soundless on the floor

The tears I cry one day, will only fall behind my eyes
The words will then be spoken, not silenced or scared
The hurt will somehow withdraw, it will float off in the wind
The love will find another, and love will be again

Love is a feeling that can
come and then go
The permanence of love
is a thing that must grow
If the seedlings don't show
It's too soon for a beau
Keep sun on the sprout
That's what it's about...
