with a name that makes me fidget,
There's only one that makes me rigid
and that's the one for weight.

I ne'er compare myself with others
sisters, aunts, cousins, brothers,
Even dads and even mothers,
I am only I, of late.

I must not be too ravenous
and eat like some rhinoceros
I'm better off with phosphorous
With matchsticks, I relate

I sit me down to have some dinner
I eat so little, must be thinner,
I check my scale and I'm the sinner
The numbers, I do hate.

Until I learn to eat some platter
Which doesn't make me bulbous, fatter,
And I enjoy the food no matter
And numbers can my scale abate.

Until this happens, I'm a loser
Mad enough to be a boozer,
Does someone know a super diet?,
I will thank you, get and try it.

If it works, you're in some perks
What's mine is yours with all it's quirks,
I'll tell you where the shadow lurks
We'll get the Delta Vee and fly it...

The poem was very messy. It had a great story. I love the way it's so emotional. Just a little messy though.

My dear friend I have the problem same
I know sometimes it is a shame
But I have come to terms with the fat
And figured my husband loves me and that is that

Norm my problem is on my hips
my slender frame has got a quip
for I love the sweets and it does stay
the older i get it doesn't go away!!
I used to weigh a big 97 pounds
not any more and i must frown lol.
Anyway Norm dont look at the scale....
Weight goes up and down by the day
if you have been dieting a bit
get out the measuring tape and go by it!!
great poem!

This one's off todays list
don't worry! (the others I haven't missed)
I'll do them later on.
My fat doth give me problems too
I can't forget it (thanks to you)
pray get thy poem gone.

Nay verily thou speakest true
but what can I Sir Flabby do
to cast a pound or three
Your well cast verse
is like a curse
now rudely placed upon me.
