Love and hate.
We think
them opposite,
yet fact is
they are the same.
Two sides of
the same coin.
Two shades of,
the same emotion.
One dark,
the other light.

Proof -
lay only in this fact.
You cannot hate,
that which you have not loved.
A true friend,
someone who loves you.
Someone who
would do you
no wrong
But,
when friendship
goes bitter,
this is when love
turns to hate.
There is
no hate
greater than that
for one you have
once loved.
For only
someone you trusted,
someone you let inside,
can cut you so deep
for hate to grow.

So as I tear your
***** throat away.
Watch you bleed.
As I line in my sights
As I cut your heart out
as you have mine.
Remember, I will always love you.

Friendships ending are a lot more painful than those who are in love sometimes. But unluckily for me my husband was not only my companion but my best friend. He betrayed me when i needed him most than lied and lied and lied. Yet he never did anything wrong. OR in his eyes it wasn't wrong. Your also right when you say that you can't hate something until you love it. I don't hate my husband and I pray that the child I bare doesn't hate him but he abandoned us so his fate with this child lies solely with him now. i really really loved this poem a great deal. it has been more inspiring than anything I have ever read. ( and at times that includes the bible) Keep writing this was rather quite enjoyable.
