She's done it so many times before,
that she no longer feels any pain.
As she lies on the floor,
a stream of tears,
run down her ghostly face.
As a puddle of blood appears,
her vision begins to fade.
After waking from an unconscious state,
she starts to feel great.
She wears a million bracelets on her arms,
to cover up all the scars.
She then finds a hoody to wear,
to act as if the scars aren't there.
The next day she goes to school,
pretending everything is cool.
No one can even tell,
that the scares are there.
This makes it hard,
to even pretend to care.
It's not like her friends care at all,
they would rather want to,
spend time at the mall.
They are too blind to see,
that she's not as ok,
as she's pretending to be.
Then one day she doesn't hide,
the scars that well,
and her so called friends,
are finally able to tell.
Once they finally notice,
they ask her if she's ok.
She says she's fine,
and tells them to go away.
She doesn't want their pity,
or their sympathy.
She just wants everything to go away,
and not to live another day. [comments] => 6 [counter] => 219 [topic] => 36 [informant] => crossmyheartwithaknife [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Suicide )

this is a really good poem, it's sad, but i'm sure you've captured her feelings very well.. it sounds like you're close to her, that must mean a lot to her. hope you can both get through whatever you're going through.

I really do like this and I know it's sad but some people are really like that. My so called friend was like that but I was always there for her and I told my teacher if someone you know was hurting herself what does that mean? She said there hurting their self cause they hate how they look or just mad at their self. I tired talking to her and my teacher give her help and to this day cause I wanted to know why she was doing that now she doesn't want to be friends anymore.
