Dark clouds in my mind that's all I see,
The pounding inside my head is fierce,
My eyes see the lightening as it does pierce,
Through a heart so broken it can't heal,
An anger so tense only I can feel,
Tears are the rain drops falling in place,
Leaving their tracks upon my face.

I can now feel the strom as it releases it's grip,
In my mind and body as slowly it slips,
To a silence like the thunder rumbling away,
Then sun light becomes a bright new day,
Even as the dew drops upon grass so green,
The storm is gone lingering is only the dream,
As I open my eyes you are there,
Is it really true you went no where?

I love your write..it winds up bright
I can't be sure you're blight or right
you shouldn't have this inner fight
look again from greater height...

Sometimes life leaves us blue
But truly there is another love waiting for you
This storm that rages hurts I know
But the calm is wonderful after the storm blows
