Array ( [sid] => 19392 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => If Just Once You Meant It [time] => 2003-06-21 12:05:00 [hometext] => This was written for a guy who I cared a lot about, who led me on but hurt me in the end, a guy I still love to this day, who I consider the love of my life. [bodytext] => You think you've got me right where you want
But I've caught on to you
Do you think I'm blind? Do you think I can't see?
Do you think I don't know what your trying on me?
I got inside your head, I knew what you were doing
I figured out it wasn't me you were pursuing
I know every thought running through your head
I know you think I don't really care
I know you think I'm just another girl
And I know you well enough to know you lied
I know you didn't care when I tried
To make all of this work
Do you remember the night I died?
You should - you were there, laughing away
Remember when I fell apart?
And you didn't know what words to say
So instead you just broke my heart.
I needed a friend and you didn't want to be there
You preached to me that you didn't care
So I stopped caring too
What's the difference between life and death
If its without you?
I'll stab you through the heart
Once for everytime you made me ache
For each reason you gave me we should just be friends
Another bone I'll break
I'll make you eat your words
So you suffocate on the sweet slander you fed,
I'll strangle your neck til you turn blue
For all the times you made me wish I was dead
And when you gasp for a breath
Just seconds away from death
I'll ask you one last time
Will you be mine?
The rejection from your lips will still taste sweet
And I'll take all of it back
Put the burden all on myself again
Because I'd rather die a thousand times
Than make your sweet eyes cry
Rather than your little heart break in two
I'd bleed for days for you
I'd drown slowly, choking up blood into the sea
If just once you meant it when you said you loved me [comments] => 4 [counter] => 327 [topic] => 22 [informant] => TeenageEmoGirl [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )
