Let loose

Contributed by wordsy on Sunday, 15th June 2003 @ 05:05:00 PM in AEST
Topic: Grief

As a result of confusion
And complete seclusion
His member was null and void
And the lack of fire
And waning desire
Was utterly now destroyed
And the powerful want
That once did haunt
His thoughts at every turn
Left him prosaic
And a little archaic
And no longer did he yearn
So he filled his need
With his worded plead
On the pages he let loose his pen
And his words he hurled
Upon this world
To tell them all of his sin

I've gladly become a meter reader
the way your poem doth flow,
the electric pulses thru the lines
make this great poem glow...
