fearless from the sky,
while below your tons of misted vapor,
released in whispers or torrent shaking,
I feel your kiss or slap as tears join you,
slipping in rivers and streams beneath my feet,
I walk and slip and feel your wet,
and all questions of my soul,
those that bang about within
the silent clatter,
are small within the grandness
of your apathetic patter.

excellent imagery!
yeah the rain falls,
and it is apathetic as
sure as the suns light
grows wild flowers on
the plains, where prairie
dog live.
we sat out on a blue
morning, by the coast,
sitting on sandstone cliff
and the mist was so thick
and you could see the
great white and the
seals swimming about
And it almost seemed
as though the twilight,
the time between day
and night, held some
special meaning, since
both the sun and the moon
were seemingly in a
retrograde state, back
then, in those days,
them days - in your
heart and in your soul.
As though they could never
grow old, and as though,
they could never come
back again.
Peace! |

Fascinating when you think of the cycle of water and how it ends up as rain.
We moan about it and so often complain when it appears and soaks us to the skin
But where would we be without it?
