Doesn't she see that,
she's better off without me.
I don't know what,
she sees in me.
Doesn't she know I have a girlfriend,
and that I only,
want to be her friend.
Even though I know,
I think about her too.
I can't let my true feelings show through.
I can't let her know,
that I love her too.
Maybe if she only knew,
that she's not the only one.
But she is the only one,
that I truely love.
I don't deserve her.
Showing my love for her,
will just hurt her more.
I can't be with her.
I wish I could,
change the way I am.
I know I should,
and I know if I would,
then she could finally have me.
You have no idea,
how much I would love to see,
her wish finally come true.
Maybe some day i'll be able to change my ways,
and make her wish come true.
But I know she won't wait,
around forever for that day to come.
Then i'll be the one,
with the broken heart,
and the one with the most pain.

She only ever,
thinks about me.
Doesn't she see that,
she's better off without me.
I don't know what,
she sees in me.
Doesn't she know I have a girlfriend,
and that I only,
want to be her friend.

i like your poem, kinda a love hate relatioship between passion and anger. great read- hope you get her in the end and live happily ever after.

I agree with you why do some guys have to be like that. Some guys don't understand that things like that really hurt. Then again there are girls that do the same thing to guys.

I defiantly respect the whole feel to this poem. Guys and girls both don't realize what exactly they are doing to other people- until the damage is done. Just recently... I got a guy. It wasn't worth waiting around for ever and he missed out on something great, not me.

And I am glad that I got over him when I did because then I never would have met Brian at camp.
