on a magical landscape
where words and lines come alive,
mick is the wizard
his yellow-brick road gives us purpose
emotionally ebbing and flowing
day and night.

Jaye imagined what we could do,
in our own image
made my clock tick out of tune...
a wolfs tale made me giggle
and I must say I read to much too.

Stockdale was just a tin man
until he went to see her show
poets are like shooting stars
they come and the go,
theres a need for more people to comment
but thats just a opinion
from a utopia thats unknown.

Inverino has a memory monster
to hold at night
a little swamp liquor
will make the trees sway...
there should have many more comments
but it doe not matter,
the wind sang around me
was a masterpeice anyway.

Mings cultivating shadows
and the earth moved
as an un birthing arrive,
I feel at this time
I must give a warning
I have more things
to share on this night.

Muppetmans magical moment
brought a smile inside of a smile
reading Nightwolfs triumphant absurdity
made me feel like he read my mind,
Kanes poetic assassin is a classic
and Muppetmans commit yourself
told me how i should survive.

Holderofthestone you are forgiven
we felt your pain
because we are all broken,
moonlitangels at peace letting go
shes found sanctuary as galaxies collide
now she lives on a flow.

I remember emystarr shining so bright
timotheus,alicewhite, spike
and so many more that faded away
I think of them all
as I
break dancing in a food court
waiting for the men in white to take me away [comments] => 10 [counter] => 211 [topic] => 69 [informant] => unknown_utopia [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => poets )

This was absolutely brilliant.
If you are a YPDC reader this needs no deciphering. If you didn/'/t get it, that/'/s because you are a writer and not a reader. You also are a sinner because you are too lazy to share the love and comment. This was great and as you walk this yellow brick road you are given clues on the paths taking by others before you.
Absolutely brilliant. Absolutely!!!!!

This was wonderful. Very entertaining and clever!
Thank you for including me; I am flattered and my ears are red.
You have won an ardent fan. What can I say?

you know the one thing I get out of this is that
we are all family, with all our warts, each one
has their own identity.

I break with stockdale, cause he/'/s like a younger brother who thinks he suffers more, yet to me he/'/s still a kid.
we are diseased by life/'/s flow,
the fish swim in their poop in the salt sea water
and we breath in the air of the fart stench, particles
teeming with bacteria and virus,

just like one big happy, maladjusted family attempting
to right all the wrongs, because it is impossible
absolutely it is, truly it is.

no question about it, it would be irrational not to think
otherwise.

Peace!

You are now KNOWN!

Wonderful write honoring some great poets. Enjoyed this immensely!

I/'/ve only faded in writing. I/'/m here everyday and Spike is still at it.

You can run faster than those men in white. So grab your 🌮 Taco Bell and run like the wind.

From now on you/'/ll be history.
You/'/ll be his-, you/'/ll be his-, you/'/ll be history.
And we will glorify your name.
You will be a bust, be a bust, be a bust
In the Hall of Fame!
