Okay, so based on the first poem about my husband (the self-righteous husband), it allowed me to bring rhyme and rhythm to an 'at times' totally impossible situation. Well, guess I need rhyme and rhythm once again because this one is also about my husband. Poetry is an assemblage of words the writer uses to express feelings. So, here I am expressing once again.......;) [bodytext] => do you ever look beyond your nose
if you did you'd see things there
crying for attention
it seems you just don't care

there's bowel from the dog
your wife has a bad foot
and though she limps
you never see because you never look

what can I do to make you see
all I want you to
maybe I'll reverse the role
and ignore things just like you

then soon our house will be unloved
the dog will sleep in stool
the things I used to notice
I no longer will

then one day you will wake up
and realize things you've missed
and I will be the one who will

Beyond Your Nose

do you ever look beyond your nose
if you did you'd see things there
crying for attention
it seems you just don't care

there's bowel from the dog

and though she limps
you never see because you never look

what can I do to make you see

hmm.. i believe that happiness comes from within' oneself, be true to your self, live your life the most beautiful way you can everyday no matter what everyone else is doing or not doing, many smiles to you t'day and a warm hug, and hey hey dont forget your dog! he/she needs love too! and can be a beautiful friend to you, nessa
