It seem a bit strange, but the world had died!
Or so it seemed to my untrained eye,
As good will and reason, seem to have resigned.

I’m not sure, what changed in this great country of ours.
I feel a bit’s to blame on, the political powers.
The way they have twisted and turned every screw.
Too make sure they can easily, yes easily screw YOU!

The system is warped, and has been hijacked.
By peoples and faction and other like that.
They have loud voices and most, nay to do.
And strangely enough, they’re in charge of me and you!

So, speak up loud and speak up strong!
Make you voice heard, above the massed throng.
Speak for truth, freedom for all.
Same rights that’s for me, are for you, urban sprawl.

Speak from your heart but please, before you do.
Sit down in a place quiet, and ask you heart to review.
Review what you’ve heard, and Review what you’ve read,
Then ask you heart this, is it true what’s being said?

You heart will tell you, if your pledge is to hear,
Listen to the one you hold so dear.
because I know inherently, Its in one and all,
goodness, truth and honour so, don’t be appalled!

Be proud to care, and proud to love,
But above all, be proud of yourself,
You thoughts and your care,
you never thought you’d dare,

But now you have let them run free.
Now you can see
what needs to be,
that’s love for all, not just who you see!

we are all still waking up, and sadly, feeling
it might be too late, like it/s ground hogs day,
again and again...
I like the emotion you placed into this topic
that is now wrestling upon your mind, because
it shows, it does.
real growth is all of us, not some mythic shareholder
value only for some. we want productivity,
work should equal purpose, we need to work towards
the future a hundred years out into the future,
and not just some quick get rich scheme most
will never get to claim.
we are vexed, lied to about, in the ear
in the buttocks, thrown out into the wind
wincing only wishing we could howl
at the moon.
We seem choked, cutoff or put to much off
from working together like we should
You learn from me, and learn from you
And we will be better off together someday
focusing upon the future
that needs to include everyone.

Great poem Terry West!!!
" but now you have let them run free.
Now you can see
what needs to be,
that/'/s love for all, not just who you see!"

we ain/'/t stuck sleeping forevermore
movement is not only rational, it/'/s required!

Peace!

Yes we are all waking up to strange days
more thought before speaking or reacting is essential,
Excellent flow.....
