despite read
by touch
the fickle locked
door/heart
outlined
darker
than
any shade
you throw
the sky is black
and deep
and twisting
wildly abandoned
the world spins
held within
I sit
still.

Ugh. Perfection! I love how cleverly you wrote this, seemingly from Eliot/'/s quote itself. Superb.

Everything just clicks. The lines take you there. Sometimes you throw your hands up, say well done and grin huge! Great job my friend.

A message of inner peace. At the core of frantic activity resides the resigned and undamaged solitude, contemplating the external frenzy with amusement.
The world swirls, the poet writes. To observe life so clearly is a gift; to describe it to those who will never see it as you do, is a hard won talent.
You have made me curious to seek the silence to see what it has to say today.
