I really want to
it just that I gotta resist it,
I keep
falling
for the things that you do
and it seems like you do not care.
I keep hearing
about all the good times
and the empty promises
keeping hope alive,
gonna leave
watch me as I walk away
but
I am going no where.

its not hard to turn away
but it never last
because I
keep coming back here,
I keep hoping that things are gonna change
it never does
and the pain gets harder to bear.
Flesh by the pound is what I pay
everyday I peel away the skin
it is so Insane,
there seems to be
nothing here for me
and I am starting not to care.

Fractured resistance
helps me keep my distance
as I try to slip through the cracks
and disappear,
reading from the book
of thee importance of nothing
it revealed
that no one really cares.
I keep hearing about the good times
well when did it happen
and where was i when I missed mine,
trying to use words
to try and get through
but
it gets me no where. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 104 [topic] => 75 [informant] => unknown_utopia [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => anguished )

The allowance of hope and expectations sometimes can show its brutal side when failing to deliver. Yearning for a different course. Dropping our guard to be shown the way. Vulnerable and exposed only to be left out once again. I enjoyed the honesty in this. Well done

To many words, this title caught my fancy.
Like you were writing a letter addressed to many words, all kinds, too many to address in one single letter.

But then I read your poetry
And it entailed pain possibly on a personal
accord.

people care and you are not alone, I hope you
understand, although such things certainly can
be difficult to feel and truly believe

the bad times for me were the good times
I sometimes see

I know that makes no sense, but it/'/s true in my case.
the bad times where I didn/'/t have much
and struggled and felt distraught

were the good times/ almost like a Dickens novel

you just need an orbit and just one angel or real
life person by your side.

just one.

I read that somewhere.
Unknown Utopia you will find your groove.
Keep writing man, I like it!

Peace!

Your tone and words really engage the readers. Made me want to read this again and again. Keep writing.

This was like watching/reading someone bleed close to death with ink. Moving in the raw intent.
