Array ( [sid] => 182875 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Cleanliness [time] => 2016-04-01 06:28:18 [hometext] => I came across a poem I wrote, from a day I was feeling down. So I decided to continue, and to turn that mood around! [bodytext] =>

Encumbered by a load, that I chose to bear
It grew and covered me, like a coat of stressed-out silver hair
Complacently I beget, all my new regrets
Fraying and shredding, I liquified in fret

There/'/s been no playing of my strings, they/'/ve long been out of tune
And if I were to make an action, it/'/d be late yet far too soon
With every step I stumble, with every cure a new disease
And with every inspiration, another dream that soon decease

Yet, no matter what it is that ails me,
I again will carry on
No matter what its state,
My spirit burns on strong

By bringing sunny days,
I dried up all the rain
And with every smile,
I dissipate all the pain

So I was overcome, by a joyous might
What kind of weather would I bring, had I not shone sunlight?
After every fallen step, made by efforts simply trite,
I then walked and ran, and gradually made my self upright

No lackadaisical, feelings of ennui,
Because with every sin I make, rain and wind will chastise me
Now today I find myself, in a blissful state- serene,
After purging out the night, my soul/'/s been scrubbed clean
