I can no longer go on.
Everything reminds me of you,
and everthing we used to do,
every shadow every wall
they all for you call.

Ever day I imagine you are here
I had a love that was so sinceare
My love for you was so strong
Without you my entire life seems
to have gone all wrong!

Without you, I can no longer carry on,
I miss your eyes, your hair, you smile
your little hand, the way you walk,
the way you talk, your voice,
even the way you looked away.

I wanted to make it possible
If you/'/d kept up the demand
But it was not feasible
as it could be unreasonable
even if it was acceptable.

The light you used to shine
is now the darkest shrine.
Now you are gone, I can not go on
You are like the sun that never rises
like the moon that does not shine.

You have taken this heart of mine
and it is no longer to me entwined
as I have totally lost my mind
a lost love so cruel and unkind

Since you have gone.

Great poem.
We all feel that way at times.
Often it/'/s just best to let go. If it/'/s bad from the start it can only go down hill. I liked this poem!!!

I agree with James, if it/'/s bad from the start it probably will go down hill, but just beautifully written great write!!!!!!!
