Array ( [sid] => 182423 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Duality [time] => 2016-01-13 11:26:43 [hometext] => This poem surprisingly is a double entendre of expression. One about a piece of my inner mind, and the other about the frustration of people who //'//in one ear out the other//'// claims that the two-party system is bogus. [bodytext] => (In case it isn//'//t obvious I put my writes in italics almost every time, because I//'//ve been in love with italics for some number of years. :) )

Engineer and saboteur stand //'//pon my mortal hands
Both yet ignorant, no hope to understand
Union, communion, strategy, they both protest
Alas, "Please!" I had always seemed to hath behest

Wherein? Whereto? Wherefore? Clarify thy animosity!
Speak not! I know exactly what will be said by thee;
The opponent the source for all the blame to be,
As the truest answers plume beneath an opaque sea

Oh bitterness I see, and absorb inside my breast;
I say "Damn the both of them! And to hell with all the rest!"
The only hope, that may least of which, humble me,
Is the selfless sense of kindness and compassion; unsolicited; free

Nicely Penned,
Duality can work however this is planet earth, and we as people are yet not self defined People often do not the SELF find,
So they do not know how to handle others. It is hard at times.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
