although it feels that way to you
you have a friend
though he seems far away from you
when you face trials
know you don't carry them alone
someone helps you
so you don't bear your pain alone

And when the weight seems heaviest
God has it upon his strong shoulders
you're not alone

though tears well up with in your eyes
don't fight them back
there's something you don't realize
Jesus cried too
he was a person like yourself
it's how he knows
that he can come to you and help

Although you feel too embarrassed
you don't have to be so insecure
you're not alone

I know that you feel tired
you feel you can't go on
the waters keep on rising
just be calm
When you're fighting sin you're growing
When you're weak he makes you strong
Til the storm is gone Til the storm is gone
Now the storm is gone

When the storms of life are pressing inward
you don't have to be so insecure
you're not alone

You're not alone

Lot's of wisdom here, amigo. Me likee. Would dig hearing the score to the lyrics. Do you have a YT channel or anything I can listen to you on? I've noticed other comments with snippets of tunes....let me know if so inclined.

This is a nice, positive message for the reader, Arch. It comes across as an internalized message for yourself as well.
I think that might be my favourite part: the fact that you may be championing your own cause, and also trying to support others.
