Array ( [sid] => 181633 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Jeus Is King [time] => 2015-08-22 02:00:49 [hometext] => All of creation praises God for his mercy and love [bodytext] => I'm so glad that I can say
Jesus Christ he is my king
I'm so glad that I can Sing
Jesus Christ he is my king

All of the rocks reach to the skies
All of the trees they raise their arms
Every peak and mountain high
Joins to worship him in song

(Chorus)
From everlasting to everlasting
Heaven sings to him on high
About his mercy and his love
To all creatures in this life

I'm so glad
That is why I sing
I'm so glad
That is why I sing
I'm so glad
Jesus Christ he is my king

Everything in nature shows
That Jesus is our king
From the gentle winds that blow
To the birds that fly and sing

Every building tall and high
Testifies of Jesus Christ
Though its heights were built by man
God gave us knowledge by his hands

(Chorus)

All of the rocks reach to the skies
All of the trees they raise their arms
Every peak and mountain high
Joins to worship him in song

I'm so glad
That is why I sing
I'm so glad
That is why I sing
I'm so glad
Jesus Christ he is my king

Note: This is the first song in the concert "A Walk Through the Gospels" The songs in this concert are:

1- Jesus is King
2- Come Ye Unto Me*
3- Speak to Me
4- Everlasting Life
5- I Hear the Voice
6- Come follow me
7- I will behold him

They are meant to be sung in this order though each song is a stand alone.

I like the expression of joy in worship. I was distracted from the message by the use of "ur" instead of "your" in the sixth verse.

I like Jesus,
He's by all accounts a pretty cool king.

Peace!

I'm always searching for my own melody when I read songs, and I'm sure you have one. A fine hymn, and tribute to Jesus.
