I connected with it instantly it reminded me of that quiet place in my heart and head that I go to, to talk to God and hide from the world. [bodytext] => 10:04:2015....

Somewhere deep in a mountain forest.
Along a crystal clear river.
Quietly nestled at the foot of a shallow cliff.
Everything slows down and comes together,
In a place where there is never any bad weather.

The river flowing slowly over the cliff's edge,
Into a cool blue pool.
Trees forming a soft canopy.
Letting through soft rays of sunlight.
The bird's song carried through the air in gentle flight.

It's here where I come to be alone.
To lay my soul naked before my God.
And just be like in the days of Adam and Eva.
Where I can set my spirit free.
And fly with the birds among the trees.

To be one with nature so pure.
Swimming with the fish underwater.
Here's not a worry in the world.
Here I can hear God talk to my soul.
Telling me stories and lessons of old.

I come here from time to time.
Just to escape from the onslaught of the world.
To rest my weary soul.
To hide in a peaceful place.
Here God restores my faith.

Beautifully written, beautiful place beyond words too.
God is love, and human beings, all of us everywhere
have this God in our souls. It's a beautiful place
that shows us this.

I imagine hiking with you buddy and coming across this
paradise. So we pull out a Thornton Wilder Novel like say, "The Bridge of San Luis Rey", and read it through with a group of others. And we see this world like maybe we didn't before. And we all feel anointed in the wonder of life itself.

Definitely keep on writing. It does all of us good!
Thank you !

Peace!
