It comes crawling from the depths
of this soul residing within me
An awful feeling luring me away
surely anger trying to flee

Feeling like I live two lives
it drains my energy ever so
It makes me feel so confused
you really just don’t know

Biting off the heads of people
anyone close, or tries to be
Acting in such a frantic manor
my soul has blindfolded me

My brain just doesn’t seem to function
the normal way that it should
My inner tribulations do me harm
that certainly isn’t any good

My thought process has been damaged
I try to make things right
I get in these violent moods
where I only seem to argue and fight

When I get this way
nobody can break through this wall which I am behind
I then need time to myself
to relieve this angry soul, is what I find

When I win the battle with my soul
and it crawls back to the depths where it does belong
My walls are torn down for a while
until once again from the depths, it comes creeping along
