You are my one true love
And in you I can trust
Carry you deep in heart
You're always in my thoughts
My love can never part.

You are my one true love
Each day from morn to nite
I always think of you
You make my life worthwhile

Your poem is very beautiful and reminds me of a song I wrote a few years ago:

You are the one for me
you are my destiny
I never thought some one
would ever capture my heart

I have so much love for you
it overflows from me
I''ll tell the whole wide world
You are mine, I am yours

And I hope love will rule out
the day for us
Springing up life in love
that will embrace us
I do not know what the future holds
I only know, that I see us together in it
