The soon set to occur here at E. Standard time

Seems we race, race against a clock
So that we will not be shocked, shocked

By the iminent absence of light
For it will soon be tonight

Sun down, stopping point, make your mark,
Wouldn't it be easier to turn off the dark?

Mid day doesn't delay, just a token way to say
That we we are down the road, in stage 3 decay

Plants, trees, and flowers they weep
For shadows cast and begin to creep

And cover all creations
A nebulous exfixiation

Sun down, stopping point, make your mark,
Wouldn't it be easier to turn off the dark?

The emerald green of grass, and azur blue of sky
Soon say bye, and die their daily die

Morning beautiful and clear, night, all is amuck
Oh dear, let's push that sun right back up

Sun down, stopping point, make your mark,
Wouldn't it be easier to turn off the dark?

interesting imagery and the tree and flower reference is
spot on- for when shadows fall the world has a different
aura,

hugs n' love nessa
