Let's all give according to our hearts.
And not as if it's ripping us within apart.
For God smiles upon those who give freely.
On them rains blessings surely.

It's the small things that count.
Adding up pound for pound.
Most understand the concept.
And others take it out of context.

What you sow is what you will reap.
And what you reap is what you will keep.
The world will see in your walk.
How often with God you talk.

But beware not to grow proud.
We don't show to impress the crowd.
We must be humble.
Or we will stumble.

So stop for a moment or a while.
Share your sandwich or that smile.
Take the time lend an ear.
Pull out a Kleenex dry that tear.

It will create a small spark.
That's all we need to drive out the dark.
To light up a face.
And make the world a better place.

Let's start a fire.
That is God's desire.
To light the world.
So all can read and live the word.

I like the message here, something to be taken away by all. Giving our time or help to someone in greater need than ourselves is, (in my opinion), the best way to centre oneself and reconnect with our spiritual side. Ultimately helping ourselves to grow as well. Ego is something to be kept in check because the tables can turn at any moment, and we all eventually need a helping hand.

Well put!
