[bodytext] => What’s it like being in depression and pain It’s having your world turned upside down and feeling like you’re going insane Depression and pain pain and depression If you don’t take care of it being dormant within, you’ll only have a recession Being able to bare it is sometimes very hard to do I know how it feels to me so my prayers are certainly with each of you Some say depression is a sickness but I believe it to be a part of the life we live each day We all go through moments and changes that allow us to feel closed in or hurt in a certain way I suppose depression could become a sickness after dealing with it for so very long It erodes your emotional capacity not realizing when your thoughts and feelings are right or wrong Some people are stronger than others being able to handle depression or any pain they are in While others can’t cope with it at all allowing them to commit a last and final sin Opening yourself up to others is the best way to get through depression and ease your pain It will also help you turn your world upright so you can feel and understand your emotion and not feel so insane Written by: E.
