No Appreciation

Seething from your words
Reeling from the hurt
Absurd is this world
Which gives love
Takes life
And again births
Blurred lines separate
Our lives
As one
Or none
We part
Just as quickly
As we come
You lay
Opened
Slowly begging
To be broken
Opened
To possibilities
In contrast
Beauty overcasts
Shadows
On your face
I trace
Your smile
With a fingered grace
In torment
A body in angst
Thanks,

Your words always command my attention. I never get sick of delving into your poetry.
P.s the title makes me think of Rodney Dangerfield for some reason..."I get no respect, no appreciation". Gave me a smile.
