Today I am going to think only of you
How you come , how you win
My heart , my soul , my everything, that is in you.

Today I shall forget
Forget all pain, sorrow & bitterness
And hold your hand so firmly again
To travel back in time which knows no tense.

Today I can feel
Your presence in every fresh breath
The smell of your love
Woven in this beautiful wreath.

Today I shall dream
Far beyond the horizon of loneliness
Break the solitude you have left me in
Since your death.

Today I can imagine you
Spreading your wings beyond the blue
Calling me from above the clouds
To join you on your "brilliant show" .

Today I am so happy
Content to know that I am a part of you
Loss of words...
How can I describe you?

But if tomorrow comes
And takes me away from you
I shall care no bounds
To let everything go
Coz I cant rest in peace
Until I can make it upto you. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 209 [topic] => 24 [informant] => sanders [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LoveRemembered )

What a steadfast optimism in this weighty piece. I am left in awe at your determination. Incredible strength of character in this loving write. Yes, the key is 'today'. Always, today. Yesterday and tomorrow are too much to bear, and full of stuff beyond our control. If you aren't familiar with the famous poem (unknown author), "Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow" then look it up. It has gotten me through many a dark day, and maybe you will find something to take away from it too.

I will be back to read this one again.

Thank you for this inspirational piece. Keep it up!!
