Or let life take what I have

I know my life is better than most
Trying to think of good times I've had
But sometimes I feel so lachrymose
Please remind me that it's not so bad

So few are able to recognize the life within their life; this write lets us into an inner working. I liked the meanings within and without. Very nice, intense, meaningful write, P

This is an array of reasonable temperament
sweet like knowing jazz enough to breathe
through relative degrees of sorrow, we start someplace, and end perhaps in the same
lost way, unless...
You search well enough and you might find a tone like yours that must recall something bright!

It can be hard to maintain a positive outlook in life, and the desire to be reminded our lives were good is something we can all understand. Very nice.

I so enjoyed the repeated rhythm, the resounding reminder..the positive force you call upon. The human spirit is, as you remind us, resilient, resourceful, and self affirming! Thank goodness Edison didn't get discouraged or we'd all be computing by candlelight!
