was your last shot
Would you call her up
And fix her broken heart
Would you pick up all the pieces
That have fallen all apart
Would you tell her that you love her
And make her know it's true
Would you hold her in your arms
Like only you could do
Would you kiss her like you mean it
Never let her go
And if you really loved her
Would you finally let it show [comments] => 4 [counter] => 135 [topic] => 43 [informant] => Josieee329 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => oops )

This should be titled "YES"! Such a clever way to escort us through the hesitation..to lead us to admit that what we are left with is what we have chosen to nurture in spite of our pride. You have made nature and love kindred spirits. Neglect and they whither…nourish and they flourish again.
You have inspired me to give my love a hug and a reminder that he is my treasure! Hope you have started a ripple in many a pond!!

Indeed, what would we do if this was our last chance?
Would we even recognise that it was our last chance to begin with.
You are reminding us all that chances are there to be taken, not squandered.
A valuable lesson.

Steve
