Bury me here against this backdrop of rolling hills
Against this parchment of life
Tell me, I shall rise again
Like the newborn dawn
Struggling in its infant majasty
Tell me I'm not just today or tomorrow
Tell me I am forever
Quietly,
Like the wind through the virgin grass
Like the sun shining upon the kingfisher's pool
And the trickle of warmth that strokes your back
I am here
I am gone
You will never notice the difference
A lie built upon the shifting sands of time
In an infinate second everything has changed
