i bid you farewell.
Now that the time has come,
that you leave this world.

Only to enter another,
and i recall the words of Kahlil Gibran:
Maybe a funeral amongst man,
is a wedding amongst angels.

So be wed my friend,
as i state my farewell.
And as i remember the time you spent with us,
here on earth.

One things stands out:
You where one of us.
What else needs to be said,
now that you return home?

For where you go now,
is the place we all come from.
Us who have dared to descend,
to earth to live this life of us.

My friend i hope you see,
your dad again.
And all the others,
who await you there.

To welcome you home.
As we remember you,
down here on earth.
I hope you soon feel at home again.

There in this place,
that calls us all eventually.
So we may rejuvenate,
and prepare.

For another journey to earth.
Who knows we'll meet again.
Someday soon perhaps.
But for now i bid you farewell/

Farewell my friend

Dear friend of mine,
i bid you farewell.
Now that the time has come,
that you leave this world.

Only to enter another,
and i recall the words of Kahlil Gibran:

here on earth.
