swirling colors
bound to me
only by sight
inside i am
black and white
i am plain
i am simple
i have fears
i have wishes
nothing unusual
i am no different
than the next
my life is unique
in that only
i can live it
but every life
is similar to my own
i am not above

Adreana there's nothing wrong with just being you....and each of us are special even when we think we are not....everyone is the same but different at the same time...great write...

sure, we all go through the same motions of life, but we are all different because of our upbringing. And what we bring into a situation. That's why we have misunderstandings, because what means something to you means something totally different to another. Being you is what makes you beautiful. Not a fake copy of something or someone else.
