“I would rather die today
Than live another day in this death!”
Two hours fifteen minutes of mundane
acting, emotion;
hardly worth my breath
were it not for this one line uttered in celluloid
believability;
Kristen Stewart's finest seconds;
'tis true! Watch and see!
(at 1 hr. 42 minutes decisively)
“Snow White and the Huntsman”...
a drear oft repeated tale
told no less vibrant, no more enthralling
then ten prior fails.
(Snow White's saga never worthy of immortality, I offer?)
This line, for me,
worth it all, I proffer;
One AM notwithstanding....
I'm drawn to write this line
lest I stall
and it's loss makes my time spent,
(two hours fifteen minutes long)
carried ill on the morrow,
beating breast of full repent-
time squandered with no gain
but for this short repast of praised comment
and appreciations flame
of applause most fervent
for the diamond's shine
in a field of coal and
gray cement.

Oh I wish you were a movie critic! We'd have better fare in the offering! May I add a "short repast of praised comment"?..this was a fun read! The sarcasm is delightful and I can't imagine a more dismal venture than into "a field of coal and gray cement!" There is also a lesson hidden here: Seeking and finding operate at a 4:1 ratio, but, like your write here…are well worth the wait!
