Watching, waiting, ponder, ponders.

Behind the faces full of wit
You see the space where desires sit.

No one actually conscientiously aware
Tell them, tell them, don't you dare.

Just pretending, we must keep going
Never, Never, really knowing.

Just sit and sit and sit and stare
No one fathoms they'll lose their hair.

All the same on this dot
Moving, Moving, little spot.

When all subsides pain remains,
Yet children start to learn our games.

We must continue, but we need to stop
No longer should we tend this crop.

Full of insight that isn't there
Too proud to see, it's just not fair.

Constantly covering, never to learn
Always wanting, yearn and yearn.

Unhinge my soul and let me be
Please don't, please don't, bury me.

The land, the land, is for the living,
Stop the lies and start forgiving.

Nothing more, nothing less
Hope and Hope, it's all a guess. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 131 [topic] => 21 [informant] => EveAlone [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Lifepoems )

Love this line. It feels so true, that the smiling happy faces of friends cover something deeper...

Good job
