[bodytext] => Every now and then now more often than then, that hot bitter regret like the strongest, most potent spirits from yesterday are guzzled down my throat filling up my insides gnawing like a rabid dog then burning, searing hot like an oven of guilt as painful as the first time i touched a heated one a charred mess was inside as i stupidly poured the liquor of regret unto a tray of burnt bread beyond toast not just singed but succumbed to acrid smoke that billows out suffocating choking making me regurgitate the unforgiving bile of only the most tragic memories again and again.
