with laser light stripe
Of saber sharp tiger.
Pray for deer
Skin deep -
Seated stern
In moonstone mind
A lone flame
Burns all
into One
Setting free
The Sun
as dawn breaks
the dark hold
and life becomes
Gold.

dramatic poem! Tigers scare me, but they own only themselves and once in a while they pounce on whatever is there to eat. Are they always hungry...
someone once told me art is something people do when they are hungry past the point of what is accepted reality.
Perception was the lesson of the day, I was good at drawing, but it didn't make sense to me back then.
This does however. I like moonstone mind, it's living prey the Tiger knows to be gold, a feast
--- unlike the common domesticated cat, that leaves the dead bird on the carpet for you to gross out over.

Thanks!

Peace!

Wow, sublime spiritual message embedded in a mystic's fashion in these lines:

"Seated stern
In moonstone mind
A lone flame
Burns all
into One
Setting free
The Sun
as dawn breaks
the dark hold
and life becomes
Gold. "

Union with that sole flame, the lone sun will indeed be our salvation. Excellent write. Poem flows like honey.
