I have seen so many beautiful things in my life.
I have seen a blanket of stars
The sky naked and shining
I have stood beneath a rain
Painful and unforgiving
I have climbed the peak of a valley
To see the sun set over its own shadow
I have seen light broken by water
The reflection of trees in the moonlight
Watching through the foggy banks
Of my home

I have witnessed the power of love
A winter night full of stars
Fields of grass and straw
A deep blue sky

I have given my soul to the thirst of my own desire
I have seen the rivers tumbling across smooth stone
The height of a fire spiraling into darkness
I have seen the mountains

I have had many dreams in my life
The letters in the maw
Of love and fantasy
The words that give me hope
The tragedy

I have longed for the rain
Stood in my own pain
I have feared

I do not know my first dream

The skies were always clear

I have seen a good poem. :) I walked through the images with this read. What more could I ask for.
