Through dark of night, with stars not bright, but dimly hanging
So not to outshine, the tears

The girls, they come, like a harem
So many, so different, so alike
All hearts break hard

He sits upon his white throne
Dark hair pristine, back straight, poised
A slow smirk, a wide grin spreads

They are his, no matter the day, no matter the night
The hearts he held, he drained each ounce
With wine and cheese and chocolate too

The perfection played until the end, so masterfully
He checks himself in the mirror, so handsomely
He wielded their love around and ripped it from their souls

Glassy eyed girls dream with crimson tears
Through dark of night, with stars not bright, but dimly hanging
So not to outshine, the tears

Your wrods carry a hopeless drum, a sadness that must be met to be seen. They take the reader to a heavy laden path, and show a scene unseen. Great write. thank you for sharing, P

I really like this. But, trust me, life is a circle. That dark-haired, slow-smirking grin will fall to the same crimson tears. And the wine, the cheese and the chocolate will, one day, drained him just the same.
