Array ( [sid] => 175404 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Light And Pain Of My Dream [time] => 2013-03-12 17:11:44 [hometext] => Something different to my usual work. First time ever writing this style poetry! [bodytext] => My eyes are closed, but white light I do see
The swelling I feel as tears roll from these eyes
Moments of pure pain in this life of mine
The hurt forces my eyes to shut
It will be a short time and I will open my eyes again

I still have no clue
What the bright light is that I see
It seems like another part of life
Maybe the next stage of this dream I live
It will be a short time and I will open my eyes again

As I feel the pain from this life
I also feel the joys of life when there is no pain
It’s all some sort of cruelty and passion all in one
No hope for reality just let this dream stay a dream
The swelling of my eyes will eventually subside

The tears of which I tell
May be from pain but maybe a painful joy
When I am so happy it hurts and tears start to flow
It’s only a dream, so let me sleep and think I am awake
When I open my eyes I will know by the taste of my tears

When I awake
I will know the answer to the bright light
The light to which I often see
I will wake up to a reality of all my senses
To realize I am still living in my dream
