[bodytext] => As I stood there looking all around So many people having fun I just stood there, not making a sound My friends by my side I observe everyone’s very move I just stood there I couldn’t get into a party groove It was like a step back in time as I looked at all the faces Reminded me of people from my past from traveling to so many places Not knowing any of these people many of them looked like people I have met before It made my thoughts wander asking myself if I was sure Totally amazing just seeing things the way I did I was reminded of people I once knew when I was just a kid No urge to drink alcohol just to join the crowd I enjoyed the moments watching even though they were all so loud Belonging to those moments out of place I did feel Grasping the past, present, and future as I have a fate to seal All of my friends wallowing in joy and laughter Those were moments to last forever here after Written by author: E.
